Link Tromsø og Omegn was established in January 2023. We are a charitable organisation offering free, self-lead support groups for all adult residents of Tromsø and the surrounding areas. 

Our goal is for people to discover and utilise their own internal resources through conversations in their support group. That they'll develop a healthy robustness in the face of life's many ups and downs. 

Our vision is for support groups to become common and easily accessible to everyone who's experiencing a challenging time. We offer both in-person and web-based support groups.
