General Manager: Lizett Ulrika Skottestad
Lizett Ulrika Skottestad holds a degree in sociology from the University of Tromsø, with modules in sociology, psychology, and pedagogy. She also has a Master Coach qualification from Leadership By Heart Academy.
Lizett has spent her life supporting people in various ways. Her professional background includes 13 years as regional office manager at the Norwegian Association of the Disabled (Northern Norway) and seven years as a primary school teacher. She has run her own coaching practice since 2016, worked as a professional consultant at the Support Centre Against Incest and Sexual Abuse, and served as regional director for Selvhjelp Norge's district office for Nordland, Troms, and Finnmark.
Her philosophy is that we all do the best we can with the resources we have. We all have the resources we need within ourselves, but sometimes we need help from others to access those inner resources.

Chair of the Board: Linda Nymo Olsen
Linda is a productive woman with solid financial expertise and extensive experience as a Chair of various non-profit organisations. She became aware of LINK Tromsø's work early on and has followed our development closely.
Linda is passionate about helping people access support early to get back on their feet, and she knows how important it is to have someone to talk to. We're very happy to have her on our team.

Deputy Chair: Tone Sedolfsen
Tone Sedolfsen works at Losen, a low-threshold service for mental health and substance use issues within Tromsø Municipality. She is a psychologist specialising in addiction and dependency, and works extensively with relatives and caregivers in the mental health and substance use field, in both group and individual settings.

Financial Officer: Pål Berger
Pål Berger currently works as a public health advisor at Blue Cross. He has a background in marketing and economics, and has previously worked as an experience consultant for Stavanger Municipality and as a regional representative for RIO. Pål has personal experience with addiction, which he now uses to support others in similar situations. He is an experienced public speaker on physical activity, recovery and public health, and also provides training in these areas.
